Shall the Board of Education of Unified School District No. 460, Harvey County, State of Kansas, pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6433 and K.S.A. 72-6434, as amended, be authorized to increase its local option budget authority by an additional 2% of its state financial aid, with the authorization to be permanent.
